I’ve been increasingly concerned with what is beautiful recently…is it all perspective? Or are there requisites for beauty, you know, hard facts for something to be classed as ‘universally’ beautiful? In any case this is a topic that’ll have me going around in circles usually with semantics at the centre…but here’s some things I thought were beautiful this week

New friends

As u well know, I’m still a little new to this, but I guess it’s a fast track way to figure me out a little…

On to my actually post…I’m still amazed at how (when used properly) social networking can really bring people together outside their rooms with their computers - I’ve had the pleasure if tweeting a cousin that I’ve never met who lives 8000+ miles away for a little over a year, and then he skipped over the pond and we hung out for a couple weeks. A couple weeks ago…started chatting to a complete random (again on twitter) and hopefully gonna meet them real soon…. Sone people may class that as odd and a little creepy, however I think it’s incredible that initially you have a one in 6 billion chance to meet someone that could end up being a lifelong friend, and social media is reducing those odds by the minute. Anyways before I ramble into oblivion, imma sign off.

Getting on Tumblr….

Well as I embrace the web more and more, I seem to be accumulating more and more social networking sites and I’ve started blogging, well this is my first on Tumblr… why people should care what I have to say is beyond me, but I get the opportunity to say what I think without the “stiff upper lip”…..
